About Us

Matt got his start in the film industry in 1994, and his work funded his education until he got his BSBA in Business Administration from NAU in 1998. Soon after, he started working for the Penske organization where he specialized in highline automotive brands. In 2006 he started, developed, managed, and was the lead installer for the paint protection division. While there he pioneered new techniques and installation methods and consulted with manufacturers to develop the newest generations of paint protection films. While working at the Penske organization he also ran a part-time business installing window films and paint protection films. In 2018 he started Rogue Films full time and brings all his experience and knowledge to provide an experience of unmatched installation quality and customer service.

Dawn also earned her BSBA in Business Administration from NAU in 1998. In 2019, Dawn left her full time career at CCV where she managed a thriving volunteer team of over 300 people. She now brings her management experience, unmatched organizational skills, and attention to detail to grow Rogue Films and take the business to the next level.

Jeb started in the film industry in 2002. He joined the Penske organization in 2011 and worked alongside Matt, specializing in highline automotive brands installing protective films. In 2017 he left the Penske organization to become the lead installer for a Colorado dealer group and then in 2019 made the decision to bring his experience back to Arizona and join Rogue Films.

Christopher comes to us after a career at the Penske organization as an inventory specialist where he had experience driving and working with many highline auto brands. He has mechanical, welding and paint experience from his years pursuing motocross and auto racing. He has had a desire to start installing film for many years and he was able to transition to it in 2020 by joining the Rogue Films team. Christopher is a full time window film and PPF technician and is also involved in daily operations to help make sure things run smoothly from open to close each day.

Austin has had a passion for the automotive world since early childhood. Austin has known since high school that he wanted to center his career around automotive work. For the last 3 years he started to make that dream a reality, starting off by becoming a detailer and paint correction specialist and then transitioning into a paint protection installer. Austin joined our team in April of 2021 as a full time PPF installer and is involved in daily operations to help make sure things run smoothly from open to close each day.

Matt started in the automotive industry in 2012 with the Penske organization where he learned quickly that he wanted to work with cars. Matt is an expert in interior repairs and has also perfected paint correction and polishing. He is also a trained ceramic coating installer. He is bringing his automotive experience and his dedication to helping others to our operations team at Rogue Films. He provides a fantastic customer experience and manages work flow for our staff.

Justin has been in the automotive film industry for over 20 years. He has worked in a number of different window film shops over the years and recently left the Penske organization where he spent over 10 years installing window film and ppf to all the high-line automotive brands. Justin brings his decades of automotive film installation expertise to Rogue Films. Justin is an OG in the industry and we are proud to have him on staff at Rogue Films.

JP has worked in various types of customer service and sales positions for 30+ years. From big corporations such as Johnson and Johnson to managing a motorcycle dealership for more than a decade. In college, he studied psychology and business administration, but his favorite subject was always philosophy. Here at Rogue Films, JP brings homegrown authenticity and genuine care for his clients and teammates. More often than not, JP will be your first point of contact as well as the last face you see when you drive away.
