Matt Stecker
Owner and Master Technician
Matt Stecker began his career in the film industry in 1994, funding his education through his work until he earned a BSBA in Business Administration from NAU in 1998. He joined the Penske organization shortly after, focusing on high-line automotive brands and developing innovative paint protection techniques. By 2006, Matt had established and led the paint protection division, pioneering new methods and consulting with manufacturers on advanced film technologies. In 2018, he founded Rogue Films, leveraging his extensive experience to offer unmatched installation quality and customer service.
Dawn Stecker
Business Operations
Dawn Stecker, a fellow NAU graduate with a BSBA, transitioned from managing a large volunteer team at CCV to overseeing business operations at Rogue Films. Her management experience, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail are vital in driving the company’s growth and enhancing its operational efficiency.
Jeb
Master Technician
Jeb entered the film industry in 2002 and joined the Penske organization in 2011, where he specialized in high-line automotive brands alongside Matt. After leading installations for a Colorado dealer group, Jeb returned to Arizona in 2019 to bring his expertise to Rogue Films, contributing to our high standards of service and installation.
Chris
PPF, Window Film, WPF Technician
Chris, who previously worked as an inventory specialist at the Penske organization, joined Rogue Films in 2020. His mechanical, welding, and paint experience, gained from his motocross and auto racing pursuits, enhances his role as a full-time technician. Chris handles window film, PPF installations, and daily operations, ensuring a seamless workflow and superior service.
Matt
PPF, WPF, Ceramic Technician
Matt began his automotive career in 2012 with the Penske organization, and quickly discovered his enthusiasm for working with cars. His expertise includes interior repairs, paint correction, polishing, and ceramic coating. At Rogue Films, Matt plays a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences and managing workflow, ensuring efficient and exceptional service.
Justin
Master Technician
With over 20 years in the automotive film industry, Justin has extensive experience from various window film shops and a decade at the Penske organization. His expertise in installing window film and PPF for high-line automotive brands makes him a key member of the Rogue Films team, where he continues to elevate industry standards.
JP
Sales and Customer Experience Specialist
JP has managed a motorcycle dealership and held positions at Johnson & Johnson for more than 30 years, giving him extensive experience in sales and customer service. His background in business and psychology, along with his sincere concern for teammates and clients, guarantees a warm welcome at Rogue Films. JP often serves as the first and last point of contact for clients, enhancing their overall experience with authentic service.
